Owning Paddy Power Betfair and PokerStars, the group revealed that eight million common shares of the company have already been released by Goldman Sachs International and J&E Davy. With this, Flutter intends to raise one billion euros to expand its participation in Fanduel.
 
In addition, it was reported that Fox Corporation has already said that it will invest more in Flutter, committing itself to be part of this new operation.

According to Flutter itself, the team conducted several consultations with shareholders for its new operation, saying that: "The company consulted several of its main shareholders and respected the principles of preference through the allocation process as far as possible. The company is satisfied with the strong support it received from its shareholders".
 
Fox Corporation's president and chief executive, Lachlan Murdoch, commented on his new onslaught on Flutter: "We are pleased to participate in this initiative to raise capital. Maintaining our ownership interest in Flutter means our long-term commitment and continued confidence in the ability of administration with opportunity for rapid growth in the USA ". In addition, the president and chief executive added to his speech, saying: "FOX's audiences have proven to be highly engaged with free to play and wagering content, and we are excited to offer them access to products from Flutter's market
leading stable of US brands."
 
If everything goes as expected, Flutter's holdings in Fanduel will rise from 57.8% to 95%. After that, Flutter will begin paying Fastball about $ 2.09 billion for its participation in the deal in question. The rest of the trade will be settled for the amount of 11.7 million of Flutter's own shares, which were valued at approximately £ 133.50 each.
